When will I get my order?

All my products are made on demand, which means your items will start being made as soon as you place your order. Usually, it takes 3–7 days to print, sew & package an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but is estimated at 3-4 business days in the USA. All together, you can expect your package in 6-12 days, but I’ve found most packages arrive on the earlier side of that number. I promise the wait is worth it.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with me, please help me out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

  • Ask your local post office if they have your package

  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

  • If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with me at shopcuriouscolour@gmail.com with your order number.

  • If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, I can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

How are your products made?

I hand draw each design, upload my patterns and make adjustments via digital mock-ups, then sync the product to my online shop. My orders go through a print-on-demand facility called Printful that takes care of all my products and shipping.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop me a line at shopcuriouscolour@gmail.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

I’m so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged! To help me resolve this for you quickly, please email me at shopcuriouscolour@gmail.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. I’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

What’s your return/exchange policy?

You can see my full return policy here. Please contact me at shopcuriouscolour@gmail.com before returning your order. My return policy is based on the policies of my printing facility, as they fulfill and ship out all my orders. Together, we can ship you a new item if yours is damaged or defective. I also offer size exchanges at no additional cost. Please read the full return policy before placing your order.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact me at shopcuriouscolour@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and I’ll sort that out for you.
